MG Motors has launched the MG 4 EV, priced at Rs. 1.23 crores. The MG 4 EV is a compact hatchback-styled that is based on the company's Modular Scalable Platform (MSP). It is powered by a 150 kW (201 hp) electric motor that produces 250 Nm of torque. The motor is paired with a 51 and 64-kWh battery pack that offers a range of up to 320 kilometers on a single charge.

The MG 4 EV comes standard with features such as a 10.25-inch touchscreen infotainment system, a 7-inch digital instrument cluster, a panoramic sunroof, LED headlights, and 17-inch alloy wheels. It also gets safety features such as six airbags, ABS with EBD, and electronic stability control.

The MG 4 EV comes in two battery options, 51 kWh and 64 kWh. The 64 kWh battery can be charged with a 150 kW public rapid charger. The MG 4 EV is rear-wheel drive and can accelerate from 0 to 62 miles per hour in 7.7 seconds. The top speed is 180 KM/H.
