• "We"- The service provider i.e GilgitApp
• "Material"- All the content i.e the property of GilgitApp including all the images,banners, texts and videos.
• "User"- the person who fills the requirements and has concluded these Terms of Use successfully and appropriately.
• "Agreement"- means any agreement between seller and buyer.

About GilgitApp

• GilgitApp is a platform/product.
• "GilgitApp" will not be responsible for any agreement between a seller and a buyer of either a vehicle or a property. "GilgitApp" only provides a platform to meet a seller with a buyer. Any agreement between a seller and a buyer is subject to mutual consent.

User Terms

• When you sign up for GilgitApp, we believe that all the information, i.e., your name, youremail address, and phone number is accurate, current, and belongs to you.
• GilgitApp reserves the right to ban any account forever without prior notice if we find that information provided is false or incomplete. In addition to that, GilgitApp also reserves the right to take legal action against any user if required.
• You must be 18 years of age or older at the time of signup. According to the law of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan, any person cannot be involved in any legal contract if they are below 18 years of age.
• "GilgitApp" or any employee of GilgitApp will not be responsible for any agreement between a seller and a buyer of any item through GilgitApp."GilgitApp" only provides a platform to meet a seller and a buyer. Any agreement between a seller and a buyer is subject to their mutual consent.
• Any incomplete or false information may result in a permenent ban of your account on GilgitApp.
• GilgitApp reserves the right to terminate your account at any time even without giving a prior notice to you.
